Elegance and class. This fascinator has a rich navy velvet base, and loops of matching navy crinoline material. I managed to get a hold of some terrific vintage millinery tan crinoline, this is used for the front loops. Finished off with some sparkle, bright rhinestones shine from this fabulous navy and tan fascinator. A comb has been securley attached to the back for ease of wear. Just slide it up on the side of your head. If you have really fine hair, secure a pin curl against your head first and this will give the comb something to grasp onto.
