This fun flirty head wrap veil wraps around the head like a headband and ties at the side leaving long polka dot and white tulle. The polka dot tulle is trimmed with romantic lace and pearls on both the back and front of the head wrap. All sewing is done by hand. Included with the veil is a fun tulle flower, accented with lace and pearls.
